Tuboplast: new tubes for expert skincare products

Tuboplast CTL, the Franco-Spanish group that has been specializing in the manufacture of flexible and laminated plastic tubes for the hygiene, health and beauty markets since 1964, recently launched its new range: Beautytube for expert beauty care.

Specifically designed for treatments of the eye contours, and for products combatting fine lines around the mouth, “lion wrinkles” and facial expression lines, this new range targets the segment of expert beauty care products addressing the needs of women with advanced beauty concerns that are seeking powerful and targeted treatments, but are reluctant to explore cosmetic surgery options.

"Our goal is to enable brands to develop products with a high added value and offering innovative gestures, supported by a packaging adapted to targeted applications,” says Eric Derouin, Sales and Marketing Director of the group.

The mono or coextruded tubes have a diameter of 19 millimetres that can be decorated by offset printing, screen-printing, or hot stamping.

Several types of tips are available for a range of extended functions: wrinkle filler spatula, roll on concealer with steel or plastic ball, lip plumping, etc.

Tuboplast CTL also offers a range of five different cap designs thus allowing product customization to adapt to the specific positioning of each brand.
