The brand from the Japanese Kao group – also owner of brands such as Bioré and John Frieda, among others – arrives in Brazil with a complete line of eight products for facial and body skin barrier care.

Curél’s launch in Brazil is part of the Japanese giant’s strategy to expand its presence in the dermocosmetics segment.

Curél, Japan’s top dry and sensitive skincare brand, has recently gained momentum in Europe and is expected to play a pivotal role in strengthening Kao Corporation’s presence in Brazil and throughout Latin America, where consumers are increasingly seeking safe, effective skincare products tailored to support skin health.

Curél arrives in Brazil with its proprietary biomimetic ceramide technology, developed in Japan over decades of research and designed for sensitive skin. The technology helps preserve and replenish the skin by stimulating the ceramides it naturally contains. According to the brand, the result is formulas that strengthen the skin barrier, help reduce signs of sensitization, and promote deep hydration with light and comfortable textures.

Marking its debut in Brazil, Curél is launching a range of face and body care products. To mark the launch, the brand is introducing the Facial Moisturizing Essence, a treatment designed to prepare the skin for optimal absorption of moisturizing active ingredients applied in the next step.

The complete line will be available at Droga Raia and Drogasil pharmacies, in select stores and also on their e-commerce sites, with prices ranging from BRL 109.90 to BRL 139.90 (EUR 18.70 to 23.85 or USD 21.80 to 27.8).
