Key Responsibilities:
- Create inspiring formulations that align with marketing plans and promotional activity
- Present concepts, textures and prototypes at internal “show and tell” sessions
- Collaborate with NPD specialists to develop market ready products for clients
- Support customer projects with technical insight, troubleshooting and ingredient guidance
- Build and maintain a comprehensive formulation and ingredient library
- Evaluate new ingredient launches, reviewing claims and compatibility
- Support digital tools and platforms that showcase formulations and product concepts
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong experience in a similar formulation role
- Broad scientific understanding with awareness of relevant regulations
- Commercially aware, customer focused and confident in technical discussions
- Highly self motivated, well organised and comfortable working independently
