Dosage and precision

Medicos unveiled C-Serynge, a precision cosmetic dosing syringe drawing on the company’s expertise in the medical and pharmaceutical sectors. Engineered to deliver accurate, safe, and repeatable dosing, C-Serynge is tailored for targeted treatments, intensive care regimens, and aesthetic protocols—particularly in post-procedure applications. It reflects the growing shift in cosmetics toward more expert, clinically inspired application methods rooted in medical and pharmaceutical standards.

Also noteworthy in this approach is Aptar Beauty’s NeoDropper Autoload, a next-generation dropper with an automatic filling system and a short, precise applicator, specifically designed for prestige skincare and dermocosmetic brands.

Powder dispensing

In response to the rapid growth of powder-based skincare, several suppliers were introducing solutions designed to elevate and premiumize the dispensing experience. At Qualipac (Pochet Group), the patented PowderFull system delivers the precise dose at the press of a push-button cap into a receptacle positioned at the tip of the bottle. Once sealed with a dedicated cap, this removable receptacle transforms itself into a convenient, portable format.

Cosmogen’s patented, leak-proof solution, called Powder Pack, is made of recyclable polypropylene and designed for rehydratable powder formulas. Its push-button dispensing system delivers a single, clean, and controlled dose. The pack is refillable.

The powdered facial skincare market is undergoing robust structural growth, valued at an estimated US$1.2 billion in 2024 and projected to reach US$2.1 billion by 2033—an increase of approximately 75% (Market Research Intellect, 2025),” reports Cosmogen.

Next-generation pumps

Anticipating regulatory changes set to take effect by 2030, Lumson is expanding its portfolio of mono-material, fully recyclable pumps with the launch of the FREE Pump. Made entirely from PP and designed without a metal spring, this cosmetic pump is 100% recyclable and certified RecyClass Class A. By reengineering the internal mechanism, Lumson has replaced the traditional metal spring with a high-performance plastic component — maintaining reliability, dispensing precision, and user comfort. The FREE Pump is available in both atmospheric and airless versions and is suitable for large-scale production.

For its part, Silgan Dispensing is extending its ERA pump system, also a 100% plastic solution launched in 2025, by adapting it to airless packaging, and is completing its offering dedicated to tubes.

The manufacturer also announced the release of Aspire Chroma, a colour version of its Aspire pump range dedicated to lifestyle fragrances. Aspire Chroma allows for customization of injected PP pump covers and push buttons with a wide range of colours.

Premium caps

Flosty, a subsidiary of the Tesem Group, has leveraged its expertise in aluminium to introduce Magnetic Trio — a collection of three standard magnetic closure caps designed to fit all pumps via an exclusive ring system. Available in three distinct geometries, each ring-equipped cap delivers a precise audible and tactile click upon closure, creating a refined, premium experience. Aluminium enables a wide range of finishes — from glossy and satin to matte through anodizing — along with the option of mechanical engraving for enhanced customization.

Pochet highlighted Halo, a lightweight blown glass cap. The glass weight is halved, at 21 grams, compared to the pressed glass version, which weighs 40 grams.

Beauty Tech

Nuon Medical expands its expertise beyond LED technology with two innovative microneedling devices for the face and scalp. The facial device combines microneedling with LED and hot-cold therapy to intensely stimulate collagen, boost the absorption of active ingredients, and enhance skin firmness and radiance. The scalp device merges microneedling with red light and EMS to activate microcirculation, stimulate follicles, and support hair growth. These complementary skincare technologies are integrated into compact, results-driven devices for targeted and effective treatments.

Enchanting the point of sale

Anaïk, a supplier of promotional items, packaging, and accessories, introduced a spinning top crafted from cardboard and wood pulp, designed to hold multiple mini vials. The wooden pivot, once detached, doubles as a stylish hair stick, combining playfulness with practical use.
