Aptar Beauty has unveiled the latest evolution of its high-precision dropper, first introduced in 2023. Presented at Paris Packaging Week 2026 on February 5–6, NeoDropper Autoload features an automatic pipette-filling system. Designed for prestige and dermocosmetic brands, it enhances the user experience while providing improved formula protection.
A short applicator for precision dispensing
Like the classic version, NeoDropper Autoload features a short applicator design that improves hygiene and dosage control, while the sealed bottle prevents overflows and spills, even when overturned. In addition the dip tube inside the bottle allows consumers to use the formula until the last drop. This high restitution rate prevents formula waste.
“The innovative pipette of NeoDropper Autoload is really unique. It enhances precision and protection, and is a true differentiator for prestige brands,” said Caroline Aubert, Aptar Beauty’s Global Category Director, Facial Skincare & Color Cosmetics.
By avoiding direct contact between the formula and the applicator, it offers a better protection against bacterial contamination. Tests conducted by an independent microbiology laboratory show that levels of microbial contamination are four times lower than those observed with a traditional dropper. [1]
Effortless automatic reload
NeoDropper Autoload features a twist-and-push automatic dispensing mechanism. The push-button actuator appears with just a smooth twist of the cap, ready for dispensing. Upon opening, the formula automatically fills the applicator with just the right dose. The soft actuation and high-precision pipette allow for clean and controlled application. The applicator automatically reloads with the same precise dose at each opening of the packaging.
NeoDropper Autoload offers several customization options for the upper and lower collars as well as the actuator, which include metallization, silk-screening and lacquering. Paired with a glass bottle, the system is compatible with glass recycling streams (depending on local capabilities).
