Maxime d’Haussy has joined Cosfibel Group as director of operations for Cosfibel Industries, which includes Shopluxe (of which he becomes CEO), Grumbe and Porto. “This organization will allow the group to enhance its multi-material expertise and broaden its scope,” said the company in a statement.

In line with its “Make and Trade” positioning, Cosfibel Industries is expanding its network of partner companies and pushing the boundaries with it comes to innovation in materials, for example with investment in new cardboard capabilities at Grumbe. According to Cosfibel, the creation of the new role of director of operations is part of this strategic approach, and is intended to respond to the evolution of customer expectations, in particular regarding corporate social responsibility and local production.

A graduate of Novancia Business School, Maxime has been working in the luxury and consumer goods packaging industry for 28 years. In France, he has collaborated with some of the biggest health and beauty packaging players, including Rexam, Ileos, Arcade Beauty (Socoplan, Biopack). He was also director of Mappel (a subsidiary of the Arcade Beauty group) in Brazil and created the sampling unit at Element Packaging in Florida.
