The Brazilian group Natura reported a net profit of 463 million reais (USD 87 million) in 2025, reversing a loss of 644 million reais (USD 121 million) the previous year.
"2025 marked the successful completion of the group’s simplification, through the sale of Avon International, Avon Central America and Dominican Republic, and Avon Russia. It was also the year that the holding structure was streamlined to its full potential following the merger of Natura &Co with Natura Cosméticos," said the group in a statement.
"From an operational standpoint, the year proved even more challenging than anticipated. Macro uncertainty in Brazil, the subsequent slowdown in the beauty market and slight market share loss of Natura brand pressured topline in our main country," Natura added.
The company said the integration of the Natura and Avon brands in key markets drove growth, despite creating operational pressures in some segments.
Looking ahead, Natura plans to press on with its restructuring, streamlining its workforce and further optimizing its cost base.
“We have delivered on our commitment to expanding annual profitability, marking the fourth consecutive year of margin improvement. We enter 2026 with a simpler and more agile structure, ready for a new cycle of prosperity and innovation. We remain focused on expanding and consolidating our leadership in Latin America, growing the Natura brand, and relaunching Avon — which kicked off this March in Brazil and Mexico,” said João Paulo Ferreira, Natura’s CEO.
