The Brazilian cosmetics giant is completing its strategic refocus on Latin America. On Thursday, February 19, the group announced that it had finalized the sale of Avon’s Russian operations to Arnest Group for approximately EUR 26.9 million. This Russian unit was the last remaining asset outside Latin America still held by Natura.
The group now plans to concentrate its resources on expanding its operations in Latin America, reinforcing its leadership in the beauty and personal care market. The Avon brand — which remains under Natura’s control in Latin America — is scheduled for relaunch in the first half of 2026.
“With the completion of the sale of Avon International, Natura definitively turns a new page. In 2026, we’re embarking on a new cycle of growth, innovation and differentiation, as a simpler, more agile company, well positioned to generate value for our customers, shareholders and society at large,” said João Paulo Ferreira, CEO of Natura.
