The Spain-based manufacturer reaffirms its commitment to sustainability with a new range of cosmetic droppers featuring post-consumer recycled (PCR) materials across all components.

The new Virospack range offers extensive customization options, including different models, capacities, standard neck finishes, and bespoke pipette lengths, tip designs, and color finishes. Each component incorporates a high percentage of PCR materials — polypropylene (PP) for the collar and pipette, and thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) for the bulb — contributing to reduced CO₂ emissions and improved product lifecycle performance.

According to the manufacturer, this solution integrates seamlessly with its glass vial range, available in capacities from 2 ml to 50 ml and recyclable at the end of their life cycle. Their neutral composition ensures maximum compatibility with sensitive formulations, meeting the high standards of the skincare and beauty sectors. In addition, Virospack’s tubular vials offer extensive customization possibilities without requiring new mold investments, providing flexibility and brand differentiation.

Through this established offering, Virospack addresses one of the key challenges in the industry: combining recycled content with high-quality standards and premium finishes. The result is a solution that preserves product integrity, strengthens brands’ sustainable positioning, and supports transparent communication with end consumers,” claims the company.

According to recent McKinsey data (2025), 42% of consumers consider packaging impact a key aspect, with recyclability ranking as the most valued attribute.
