TNT Group has contributed to the success of two products honored with a PCD Innovation Award at Paris Packaging Week 2026.

Chanel’s Eau Splendide EDP was recognized for its cap. For this achievement, TNT Group implemented an innovative manufacturing process based on the cold forging of aluminum rather than traditional Zamak injection molding, combined with CNC machining to achieve an exceptional finish. This approach allows for highly precise angles, radii, and seamless integration of the inner cap. The result of substantial development work, this innovation represents a first in the luxury packaging sector.

Already awarded a Formes de Luxe prize in 2025, Darphin Stimulskin Plus Sculpting Cream combines timeless elegance with advanced technical innovation. TNT Group manufactured its gold zamak cage, which houses a refillable glass jar, seamlessly blending aesthetic refinement with durability. One of the key innovations lies in the threaded ring, engineered to securely hold the glass jar while allowing it to be replaced without compromising the overall design.

Achieving a perfectly uniform finish on the Zamak components was a significant challenge, addressed through advanced molding and assembly techniques that ensure a smooth, flawless surface. The jar’s shape and angles were meticulously engineered to prevent pressure issues during injection, thereby preserving both structural integrity and visual appeal.

Harmonized gold tones and an ergonomic design further enhance the user experience. Through this technical expertise and a strong commitment to sustainable engineering, the Stimulskin Plus packaging sets a new benchmark for luxury refillable skincare.
