Among this season’s back-to-school launches, Darphin’s Stimulskin Plus collection stands out, highlighted by two hero products — a sculpting cream and a sculpting serum — housed in refillable containers with an innovative design.
For this achievement, TNT Group combined the complementary skills of its engineers and technicians to bring this original and cutting-edge project to life. Its development involved overcoming major design and industrialization challenges to create a seamless integration of the two reusable structures.
Each structure consists of two zamak components, assembled seamlessly and securely. The junction placement, as well as the shape and angle of the cells, underwent extensive study to prevent pressure-related defects during zamak injection, to facilitate demoulding, and to guarantee a flawless, mirror-polished finish. A threaded collar system firmly secures the replaceable glass cream jar within its insert, while the serum bottle is designed for refilling through a bayonet mechanism. The harmony of the golden tones across the various components of each package has been meticulously maintained.
