Among the many innovations presented by Aptar Beauty at the Luxe Pack Monaco trade show, the Toujours packaging solution introduces a new approach to refillable lipstick design.
Instead of the traditional twist-up mechanism, Toujours features a patented sliding system. With a simple press of the central button, the lipstick bullet glides upward for application and retracts smoothly when the motion is reversed. An anti-return system ensures the bullet stays securely in place during use.
The concept is built around a reusable aluminum outer case, paired with a recyclable polypropylene refill. The refill cap can also be made from biodegradable materials, reinforcing the design’s sustainable appeal.
