The Puig Group appointed TNT Group to manufacture the decorative jewelry accessories for the latest extensions of Jean Paul Gaultier’s La Belle and Le Beau fragrance collections. The project scope encompasses all women’s formats, La Belle Rosea 50 ml and 100 ml, as well as the men’s formats, Le Beau Narcisse 75 ml and 125 ml, along with the accessories developed for the oversized bottles.
The accessories are produced in gold-metallized polypropylene (PP), combined with mass-tinted PCTG ornamental jewelry elements.
A key challenge of the project was to preserve the integrity of the original, highly expressive design while ensuring easy demolding and mechanical robustness for industrial production.
Color matching between components also required a high level of precision.
“This project illustrates TNT Group’s ability to translate demanding creative concepts into reliable, repeatable industrial solutions,” the company highlights in a press release.
As part of this line extension, TNT Group has already produced more than one million pieces across all formats.
