Inspired by the House’s couture heritage, Jean Paul Gaultier’s new confidential fragrance collection claims a bold and uncompromising freedom of style.
The Les Ateliers Gaultier collection currently includes six fragrances: Rose Palace; French Oud; Cuir 1976; Santal Paname; Musc Terrible; Ambre Tatouage.
TNT Group contributed to bring the brand’s vision to life through the development of a distinctive cap featuring a decorative perfume atomizer bulb, combined with a gold-finished aluminum collar and matching plate, along with an ornamental gold brooch as a signature element.
The decorative bulb, framed in metal and dressed with six different materials depending on each fragrance variation (PU, velvet and other textiles), echoes the richness of the House of Gaultier’s couture universe. A POK insert ensures a precise and secure fit while allowing smooth, intuitive rotation for cap removal. The zamak brooch, a reinterpretation of a safety pin, pays tribute to the craftsmanship of the ateliers.
This project results from a multi-layered collaboration. Close creative dialogue between TNT Group and Jean Paul Gaultier teams was combined with strong internal synergies across TNT’s primary and secondary packaging divisions. Under TNT’s coordination, industrial partners worked in close alignment to integrate diverse materials, particularly textiles within a zamak structure.
“This collective approach ensured design integrity, accurate color matching, and production excellence,” TNT underlines.
