Creating exceptional gift boxes is a major challenge for brands. The challenge for brands is to offer consumers memorable moments, potentially extended through digital interaction, with products designed to be understated and eco-responsible.

Staying true to the intrinsic expression of materials, TNT Group has translated this demand into an Advent calendar and a hexagonal discovery box. The two brand showcases combining experience and storytelling were presented at the latest edition of the Luxe Pack Monaco trade show.

As an example, the Advent calendar is crafted as a rigid FSC cardboard box with two panels, containing 24 die-cut drawers with notches, held in place by separators and, in some cases, covered with copper-toned paper.

Designed to provide an original exploratory journey, the discovery box takes the shape of a hexagon made of FSC cardboard and paper. It is composed of six compartments, each holding a perfume miniature. Fully customizable: number of compartments, volume, materials, finishes, and messages.

For each creation, a range of tailored inserts or wedges (paper pulp, cardboard, foam, or technical components) ensures protection, ergonomics, and product enhancement, whether for miniatures, standard formats, or accessories. “Every detail is conceived to combine aesthetics, functionality, and brand image,” highlights TNT Group.

A specialist in bespoke manufacturing, TNT Group supports brands at every stage: design, material selection, prototyping, and production. Whether in cardboard, wood, metal, or fabric-covered finishes, these exceptional boxes stand out through minimalist or bold designs, further elevated by a wide choice of finishing options.
