Symrise is poised to acquire Floral Concept! The transaction will strengthen the German group’s fragrance division by combining the expertise of Floral Concept, based in Saint-Cézaire-sur-Siagne in the Grasse region, with that of Lautier 1795, which recently resumed its fragrance ingredient trading operations.
Natural ingredients
Founded in 2002, Floral Concept has built a broad portfolio of premium natural extracts and perfumery ingredients sourced from some of the industry’s most prized botanical raw materials, including jasmine, rose, orange blossom, ambrette, and blackcurrant bud.
According to Symrise, Floral Concept and Lautier 1795 share a common heritage and values, along with complementary expertise in the selection, sourcing, and processing of natural raw materials.

Through this transaction, Symrise aims to further strengthen its capabilities in premium natural ingredients and responsible sourcing, creating a more powerful and integrated ecosystem.
