Symrise Fine Fragrance strengthens its Paris Creative Center with the arrival of four perfumers: Philippe Paparella-Paris, Théo Belmas, Leslie Girard and Margaux Le Paih Guérin.
“Our ambition in Paris is to bring together exceptional perfumers, across different generations, backgrounds and creative sensibilities, around a shared passion for excellence,” said Mehdi Lisi, SVP Global Fine Fragrance Creation, Symrise.
Senior Perfumer Philippe Paparella-Paris and perfumer brings to the Paris creative hub a wealth of experience acquired across Asia, the Middle East and Latin America regions.
Returning from Dubai, perfumer Théo Belmas contributes a deep understanding of the Middle Eastern fragrance landscape, one of the most dynamic and influential regions in contemporary perfumery. His close understanding of local consumers, fragrance rituals and evolving creative expectations adds a valuable dimension to the team’s international outlook.
Already established within Symrise, Leslie Girard expands her involvement in fine fragrance while continuing her role as a Consumer Products Perfumer. Drawing on experience across Beauty Care, Hair Care, Home Care and Fine Fragrance, she brings to the team a blend of technical expertise, formulation know-how and creative versatility.
Finally, Margaux Le Paih Guérin brings a contemporary creative sensibility shaped by niche perfumery and independent fragrance creation. Her affinity for distinctive brand universes and her modern creative approach add a new dimension to the team’s creative landscape. She will also support the continued development of relationships with clients in the middle east, a region that remains a major source of inspiration and innovation for the fragrance industry. Until then, she was working as a perfumer at the Flair creative studio.
