A French woman from Charente, Sophie Labbé worked as a perfumer at IFF for 27 years. Her meeting with Jean Kerléo in the late 1980s was decisive in her choice to devote her life to her passion, and naturally led her to ISIPCA, the perfumery school in Versailles.

In recent years, we have been transforming our Fine Fragrance team to prepare for the future and anticipate new market demands. Sophie Labbé’s talent is recognized by all our partners, and her vast experience across international markets will help ensure our long-term sustained leadership in Fine Fragrance. I am delighted to welcome her to our team,” added Jerry Vittoria, President, Fine Fragrance Worldwide at Firmenich.
