Dubbed ‘AI Makeup Advisor’, the new tool will help Shiseido’s customers in the EMEA region to get access to multiple services online.
Consumers can access the Makeup Advisor via Shiseido’s website, where they will be prompted to upload a selfie and answer questions focusing on their desired beauty goals. Based on Revieve’s AI selfie analysis, and user input, they will receive a comprehensive list of recommended products from Shiseido’s full makeup range, including eyes, lips, and face. Consumers will have the possibility to try a product before purchase using true-to-life virtual try-on technology and to add favourite products to their shopping cart.
