In a context where most 2020 trade fairs have been cancelled and expectation for 2021 trade fairs is still limited, Schwan Cosmetics made its best to provide its customers with a new opportunity to discover and test new colour cosmetics.
The manufacturer of cosmetic pencils has developed a 360 degree sales tool in form of a virtual building. It offers various rooms and within them, the opportunity to get access to the entire Schwan Cosmetics portfolio.
“We realized that we needed a new way of communicating, something that creates a lasting impression and makes products tangible,” explains the project lead Lilian Haetinger, Junior Manager Global Events at Schwan Cosmetics.
"The launch of our Digital Campus is another milestone to interact with our customers in a more meaningful way. Not only do we provide exclusive access to the latest innova- tions, but also the opportunity to experience the entire world of beauty that Schwan Cosmetics has to offer our partners,“ adds Thomas Krasser, Senior Vice President Business Development.
There are two ways to access to the Digital Campus, either with the sales person for individual support or from any device and location, via a customer login provided by the company.
“We continue to develop the Digital Campus and add new content permanently, giving insights not only into our product portfolio but also into key information about Schwan Cosmetics worldwide,” says Lilian Haetinger.
