Regent, a global investment firm founded by Michael A. Reinstein, has acquired Avon North America from South Korean conglomerate LG H&H. The deal will bring Avon North America and Avon International under single ownership for the first time since 2016.
Regent had acquired Avon’s international operations across Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East, from Natura & Co. in January 2026. The Brazilian group continues to operate the Avon brand in South America.
"America is where Avon began and central to where Avon goes next. As Avon’s largest market, it will play a defining role in the next chapter of the brand,” said Michael A. Reinstein, Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Regent. "Bringing Avon North America and Avon International back together gives Avon clearer ownership, a shared strategy and a stronger foundation for growth. Our job now is to put the scale of the combined business behind better products, sharper execution and a stronger earning opportunity for the people who sell them."
Lisa Siders, currently Chief Operating Officer of Avon International and Regent’s Operating Partner for Avon, will become CEO of the combined entity upon the transaction’s closing, which is expected on September 1.
"Avon has an extraordinary history, but its future will be built by what we do next. Bringing the business back together gives us the opportunity to build a more focused, connected and ambitious business for our Representatives, Ambassadors, Associates and customers. My priority is to strengthen the business for its next phase of growth: better products, sharper execution, stronger market connection and a brand experience that earns loyalty every day," commented the incoming Chief Executive Officer.
For its part, LG H&H intends to further focus on its core global K-beauty and retail priorities.
