PSB Industries is restructuring of Texen, its Luxury & Beauty activity, which today represents nearly 50% of its business.

Ludovic Anceau, Texen’s managing director

The new structure revolves around three pillars:

Texen Industries is the group’s industrial base, with all its technological expertise in the manufacturing of exclusive packaging, developed all over the world to be as close as possible to customers and markets. This department valorizes the synergies between the Group’s historic factories and recent complementary acquisitions both in France and abroad.

Texen Beauty Partners will now group together the different trading entities in Europe and the US as well as a sourcing department in China. This division stands out for its agility and its innovation capacity, especially when it comes to a full-service offer. Thanks to a solid network of partner suppliers, notably in Asia, this pillar allows Texen to co-develop global solutions for its customers, from formulation to accessories. This is in addition to Texen’s manufacturing offer.

Texen Innovation brings together marketing, communication and innovation - Texen’s ultimate priority - for the whole of the division on a global level.

The new structure, with its own Board of Directors, is headed by managing director Ludovic Anceau, who reports directly to PSB Industries President François-Xavier Entremont.
