Following the departure of Olivier Salaun, who was dismissed from his duties by the board of directors this summer, François-Xavier Entremont, PSB Industries’ new CEO, has named Ludovic Anceau as the new Managing Director of the group’s Luxury & Beauty division, Texen.
Ludovic Anceau has spent his entire career in the beauty industry and has accompanied several major international groups, including Ileos, Aléea and Arcade Beauty, in their sales development and the implementation of their growth strategies.
He will head the division’s management, which was recently reinforced by the nomination of Emilie Bleton as Director of Marketing and Innovation.
With more than 15 years’ experience in the home decoration industry and with Tetra Pak, where she held a similar role, Emilie Bleton’s mission is to deploy a new innovative dynamism within the group, close to consumers’ needs and the issues faced by beauty brands, notably by using the strengths of the TexenLab.
