FaiveleyTech, a specialist in high value-added injection moulding of technical polymers, has participated in the launch of the regenerative melting cream by Laboratoires Botanique Avancée (LBA), an up-and-coming high-end brand born at the heart of the Domaine de Baulieu in Aix-en-Provence, France.
The Beauty Business Unit teams at FaiveleyTech Orgelet developed a range of packaging components for LBA, including: functional inserts for lids and caps, designed to meet dimensional constraints while ensuring an intuitive user experience; technical and aesthetic collars, enabling precise positioning of caps and eco-responsible refills, with metallized finishes that enhance the brand’s premium visual identity; bespoke assemblies, including bonding on glass or resin, combining performance with elegance.
“This project with Laboratoires Botanique Avancée is, above all, a wonderful human journey, guided by a deep respect for nature and a passion for detail. Behind every component, every curve and every finish lies the commitment and enthusiasm of our teams to continuously push boundaries. Today, seeing these beautiful products come to life is a shared pride — and the reward of having successfully met a technical and aesthetic challenge together, in service of a brand that embodies both excellence and meaning,” says Béryl Tomaschett, Sales Director, FaiveleyTech Orgelet.
At PCD, during Paris Packaging Week, FaiveleyTech will showcase this flagship packaging solution, alongside other recent achievements, illustrating its ability to support beauty brands from concept through to production.
For several years, FaiveleyTech has been supporting niche cosmetic brands, acting as an industrial partner from the very early stages of project launch and structuring. Often young and ambitious, these brands seek innovative technical solutions that combine creativity, performance and sustainability, while preserving aesthetics and the end-user experience.
This approach has been brought to life through impactful collaborations, including partnerships with 900 Care (since 2019), Dix Hectares (for caps combining aesthetics and responsibility), and now Laboratoires Botanique Avancée.
