France-based Naos, the company behind the skincare and body care brands Bioderma, Institut Esthederm, and Etat Pur, has appointed Frédéric Ennabli as Chair of its Executive Board, effective January 12, 2026.
Frédéric Ennabli, who has led Pierre Fabre Dermo-Cosmetics since 2022, brings over two decades of experience as a business leader. Together with his teams, he spearheaded a major transformation of the company, aiming to revitalize its growth and to reclaim market share.
He previously led YellowKorner, a French art photography publisher (2014–2021), after serving as CEO of The Body Shop (2010–2013) and of Club des Créateurs de Beauté (2007–2010). Earlier in his career, he held various marketing roles within the L’Oréal group, before being appointed General Manager for Switzerland (2006-2007).
“This unique career path, at the crossroads of entrepreneurial companies and international groups, has enabled him to develop in-depth expertise in innovation, distribution, and digital transformation, as well as solid experience in international markets and building agile organizations,” Naos said in a statement. “By joining Naos, Frédéric Ennabli will bring his strategic vision and leadership skills to the development of the company,” the group continues.
Frédéric Ennabli joins Naos at a crucial time for the company, which generated revenue of EUR 896 million in 2024 and is poised to reach the EUR 1 billion mark by 2026.
Naos, present in 130 countries with over 3,500 employees worldwide, strengthened its industrial capacity this summer by acquiring Probionat Provence, a family-owned supplier specializing in small and medium-scale production.
