As paper leaflets for beauty products started to disappear gradually, Martinenq launched a business overhaul ten years ago, expanding into printing, secondary packaging production, and the creation of sample cards.
A versatile filling workshop
Two years ago, aiming to reach new markets, the company embarked on a growth strategy focused on turnkey perfumery services. This resulted in a new workshop for perfume filling and packing, which has been running for a year, alongside its established production of sample cases and labels.
“We have invested EUR 2 million to set up a dedicated 450 m² area in our factory in Seine-et-Marne, France” says Bernard Pouchoux, sales director.
The workshop can fill formats ranging from 1.5 ml to 1 liter, with a minimum order quantity of 1,000 units. The company is particularly focused on trial and single-sale formats.
“We can source the bottles and pumps ourselves or use components supplied by our customers. The aim is to offer a turnkey service to all brands, combining our printing expertise with every stage of the project, right from the formulation stage,” continues Pouchoux.
Martinenq also sees export as a major area of development for this new activity.
