The German-based manufacturer of cosmetic pens and pencils has announced a series of recent management changes.

After 20 years of leadership at A.W. Faber-Castell Cosmetics GmbH, Mary Gräfin von Faber-Castell has been nominated at the Supervisory Board of A.W. Faber-Castell AG, effective July 7th, 2020. Consequently, Dagmar Chlosta now acts as sole Managing Director of A.W. Faber-Castell Cosmetics GmbH.

Effective 1 September 2020, Christian Eisen was appointed Vice President Global Sales & Innovation of A.W. Faber-Castell Cosmetics GmbH. Prior to joining Faber-Castell Cosmetics, he held various leadership roles in the B2B cosmetics sector in Sales, R&D and General Management. Prior to these positions, he worked at Fraunhofer Institute and taught as Adjunct Professor for Consulting and Innovation Management at FAU (Friedrich-Alexander University) in Nuremberg. He holds a degree in Business Engineering.

Effective 1 October 2020, Anja Bergwitz was appointed Vice President Global Marketing & New Business. Anja brings with her an excellent track record and strong background in communications, PR and marketing, having had worked in leadership positions in B2B as well as B2C companies in the sectors Cosmetics, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG and Fashion. She holds an MA in German Philology and Educational Science.
