The trade show dedicated to luxury packaging returns to the Javits Center in New York on May 6–7, 2026. With 82 U.S.-based exhibitors, Luxe Pack New York is set to give brands direct access to local manufacturing — helping reduce lead times while increasing flexibility and supply chain agility.
At the same time, the event aims to retain its international character, with a strong European presence led by France, Italy, Germany, Spain, and Switzerland. Glassmaking also stands out as a key category this year, underscoring its continued importance for fragrance, spirits, and skincare brands.
Innovation across the packaging spectrum
Among the innovative packaging solutions to watch at the show, Albéa Cosmetics & Fragrance will display its new Mascara Collection featuring five fiber brushes for bold volume, and a Lip Gloss Collection with four applicators enhancing precision, comfort and performance. Albéa Tubes will be showcasing innovations combining sustainability with functionality and aesthetics. Among the newcomers: a Greenleaf PCR tube and two applicators providing premium user experience and customizable design.
Italy-based packaging supplier Baralan will introduce its Last Drop System, a new applicator designed to improve product use and reduce waste. The button-activated mechanism allows users to access remaining product at the bottom of bottles without repeatedly unscrewing the applicator, simplifying use during the final stages. The system is compatible with various formats, including nail polish, lip products, mascara, and concealer, offering brands broader application options.
Once again this year, the Bormioli Luigi team is participating in the show with several new product launches and a curated selection of decorative finishes. Within the ready-to-go collections, two new models are being introduced, distinguished by their shape and refined glass distribution. A highlight of the presentation is the Swing lipstick container: a slim, refillable and recyclable glass design that emphasizes both functionality and elegance.
Italian packaging manufacturer Capardoni will present three new solutions: Nevis 30, a tottle featuring an innovative material designed for a wide range of formulations and manufactured in Italy; Chico 30, a rounded glass bottle with a pump and a curved overcap; and Ruby, a 0.17 oz airtight stick made in Italy from monomaterial polypropylene (PP), designed for full recyclability.
Cosmogen will showcase the Glossy Lip Tube Slanted, a new lip applicator designed to meet growing demand for color-dedicated packaging. Its slanted, sculpted, slightly scooped tip is shaped to closely follow the lips for smooth, even, and controlled application. The company will also introduce a mono-material PET stick developed for solid complexion formulas and on-the-go use (11 g filling capacity). Also available in r-PET components, it combines performance with eco-design, recyclability, and recycled content. The range is completed by PET and r-PET compacts for powders and eyeshadows, alongside brushes, mini brushes, kabukis, and mono-material applicators.
Taiwan-based designer and manufacturer of dispensing and packaging solutions Glaspray will showcase its 360° Airless Pump-on-Tube Fine Mist & Cream, designed for all-angle dispensing with a refillable structure and responsibly sourced material options within a single integrated system. It is created to adapt to modern beauty routines while supporting circular design principles.
For its part, Silgan Dispensing will display its extended ERA pump system, a 100% plastic solution launched in 2025, which was recently adapted to airless packaging. The supplier of dispensing solutions will also unveil Aspire Chroma, a colored edition of its flagship perfume pump range.
Verescence North America will present its extensive range of glass packaging solutions, from bespoke developments to customizable standard jars and bottles, serving both established and emerging beauty brands. With 30 years of glass packaging manufacturing across two sites in Georgia, USA, the company places sustainability and short lead times at the core of its approach.
Focus on fragrance
This year at Luxe Pack New York, the spotlight turns to fragrance with the debut of the “Per(fume)-form” installation series, an immersive program exploring how scent and packaging co-create meaning, emotion, and impact.
At the heart of the program are two flagship experiences: “From Brief to Bottle” by the American Society of Perfumers and “From Scent to Substance” by Material ConneXion. Together, they aim to offer an end-to-end exploration of the fragrance journey — from initial concept through to final packaging execution.
“From Brief to Bottle” will invite attendees into the world of fine perfumery, guiding them through each stage of creation, from creative brief and raw materials to formulation and bottling. Led by expert perfumers, the installation will be complemented by the session “Trendspotting 2026: Fragrance Insights You Can’t Miss,” which will explore emerging trends and consumer behaviors shaping the category.
In parallel, “From Scent to Substance” will translate intangible scent inspiration into physical expression through innovative materials, textures, and design. Bridging fragrance and material science, the activation will highlight how sustainability, new formats, and cross-industry applications, from solid perfumes to automotive and home scenting, are expanding the boundaries of fragrance packaging.
