LO Consulting

Luisa Oliva is the founder and CEO of LO Consulting. She is an experienced formulation designer specialized in make-up and skin care products with an extensive international experience in BtoB in the Beauty & Cosmetics industry. She has collaborated with international cosmetic companies around the world for more than 20 years. Based in Paris, she works with a network of international partners and is also professor at Master’s-level class and professional training in cosmetic science at ISIPCA in Versailles, France.

Her knowledge of production and transformation processes includes covers raw materials, waste management, quality control, costs and innovative technologies to develop products, as well as regulatory and environmental requirements.

Luisa frequently speaks at beauty industry events and has held various conferences all around the world including at MakeUp in Paris, MakeUp in New York, the Polo Cosmetico’s Innovation day, MakeUp in Los Angeles and MakeUp in Sao Paulo.
