With two complementary sites in New Jersey —bulk production in Linden and filling in Mine HillFiabila USA exemplifies the Group’s global strategy: uniting technological expertise with customer proximity by adapting to local market trends and agility requirements.

To deliver uncompromising quality, the group follows the most demanding standards, especially European ones, and guarantees identical production in each of the six countries where it has industrial operations [1]. This consistency is made possible by uniform equipment and rigorously standardized processes, paired with a sharp focus on local market needs.

Color trends and consumer expectations vary widely between Europe, Brazil, Asia, and the United States. That’s why we develop locally, using local raw materials and our scientific customization capabilities. But our standards for safety, quality, and production processes remain identical worldwide,Stéphane Vincenti, General Manager of Fiabila USA, told Premium Beauty News.

A comprehensive offering

This approach enables Fiabila USA to combine the strength of a global industrial platform with the agility required to meet North American consumer expectations.

Our philosophy is to maximize industrial efficiency, enabling our customers to reinvest in the consumer-perceived value of their products. In the U.S., brands and retailers concentrate on their core strengths, and we provide deeper support in product development,” says Romain Hugon, Director of Sales & Business Development North America.

Established in the United States since 2001, the French group invested USD 24 million between 2014 and 2017 to modernize its Linden, New Jersey plant. The result is an exceptional industrial facility, equipped with cutting-edge technology and built to meet even the most demanding requirements.

The 40,000-square-foot (approximately 3,700-square-meter) facility is dedicated exclusively to the production of bases and bulk (tinted varnishes). It is equipped with the latest generation of equipment, identical to that installed in France, ensuring perfect alignment of quality and production standards worldwide.

In concrete terms, our theoretical capacity equals twice the annual consumption of the U.S. market,” says Stéphane Vincenti. “That gives us outstanding responsiveness — we can transition from one to two shifts very quickly, all while keeping buffer stocks to ensure supply security. Our customers know we have the industrial power to meet any demand while respecting the strictest standards,” he adds.

Also in New Jersey, Fiabila USA operates a filling site in Mine Hill with an annual capacity of 50 million units and uses production lines capable of meeting the diverse needs of the North American market, whether for large volumes or for specific requests starting at a minimum of 1,500 bottles per shade (or 5 gal / 18 kg in bulk).

Our approach is to offer a tailor-made service adapted to the needs of each customer: base, bulk, filling or full service to create shelf-ready finished products,” insists Romain Hugon.

Moreover, the company can support brands and retailers throughout the entire product development process, including formula and color selection and animation, kit and PDQ display creation, graphic design, and even packaging design in collaboration with glass, brush, and cap manufacturers.

A key player

At the forefront of technology, Fiabila USA is also committed to environmental protection, notably with its Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer which destroys Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs). “This deliberate investment has allowed the plant to significantly reduce emissions, at a time when many U.S. players rely on regulatory exemptions such as the ‘grandfather clause’,” notes Stéphane Vincenti.

With a workforce of around 70, Fiabila USA is the group’s second-largest entity by revenue. Catering to both large companies and indie brands, it stands as the top traditional nail polish manufacturer in the American market, ahead of long-standing North-American players.

However, the company continues to innovate and is now offering new generations of LED gels, compliant for retail distribution in EU and US with 21 days wear and easy soak & peel removal process.

In summary, from its New Jersey base, Fiabila USA positions itself as a unique partner, offering innovation formulas across nail care, nail colors, and hybrid solutions.
