Italy’s cosmetics maker Chromavis has published its first CSR Report ever. The document describes the company’s sustainability journey and achievements from January 2020 to June 2021, as well as its action plan for the next 3 to 5 years towards people, environment and product.
“For Chromavis, sustainability represents a fundamental value of respect for the planet and for current and future generations. People, environment, raw material sourcing and business integrity are at the heart of the company’s Social Responsibility,” said the company in a statement.
Last June, Chromavis has been awarded Ecovadis Gold for its environmental, social and ethical practices, an important result achieved thanks to a great deal of inter-functional and team work undertaken over the last few years in terms of Corporate Social Responsibility.
“Chromavis always operates with respect for human rights and individual values, always ensuring the transparency of its activities and fighting against corruption. In product terms, it continues its strong orientation towards clean and green cosmetics in its various market expressions, including the Cosmos Organic approach. In fact, Chromavis aims to become the world’s leading producer of ’Responsible Cosmetics’,” the company added.
