The beauty trend intelligence agency has officially launched Beautynexos, a new B2B platform designed to unify the global beauty industry. Through this digital hub by Beautystreams is addressing long-standing fragmentation in access to companies, insights, and collaboration opportunities.
A “global gateway” to beauty
Unveiled on April 29, 2026, following a preview at in-cosmetics Global, Beautynexos is positioned as a “global gateway” that brings together beauty professionals — companies, brands, suppliers — within a single digital environment offering product information, analysis, and market insights. The launch comes at a time when geopolitical shifts are reshaping international business, increasing the need for neutral, cross-border infrastructure.
For Beautystreams founder Lan Vu, the vision is also personal. Born in Vietnam, raised in the United States, residing in Europe, and operating globally, she has experienced the beauty industry not only as a set of regional markets, but as a continuous exchange. “Over the years, I’ve seen how fluid and interconnected the beauty industry really is, yet much of that remains invisible,” she said.
Beautynexos translates that perspective into a structured way to access and engage with a global industry. The platform integrates a global directory, product and ingredient libraries, trend intelligence, and a calendar of international trade shows. Built-in translation tools aim to facilitate interaction across markets and languages.
Industry support
The move marks a strategic evolution for Beautystreams, which has spent more than 17 years advising companies on trends and innovation. With Beautynexos, the company expands into enabling industry-wide connectivity and business development.
The platform is the third pillar in a broader ecosystem that includes Beautystreams and the Openstreams Foundation, combining market intelligence, nonprofit collaboration, and now digital infrastructure.
Industry support includes Art Cosmetics as a Gold Founding Member, alongside several Silver Founding Members such as Beukay Cosmetics, Catalent Self-Care, Geka, Gotha Cosmetics, Mibelle Group, Mistine, and Susonity.
The broader ecosystem extends to leading trade shows and national beauty associations, including ABIHPEC (Brazil), Aesthetics Practitioners Advisory Network (Australia), Beauty Cluster (Spain), Beauty Fair (Brazil), Beauty Nury (South Korea), CEW (USA, France, UK), China Beauty Expo, CiE (China), GCC (Korea), National Innovation Centre for Ageing (UK), in-cosmetics Global, NYSCC (USA), and Premium Beauty News as a media partner.
Beautynexos will culminate its first year with the “Beauty is Borderless” forum at the United Nations in New York on November 5, 2026, bringing together global stakeholders to advance collaboration across the sector.
