Albéa has invested in a new high-speed assembly line for its guided mechanism Baystick for its Plouhinec, France facility.

Baystick is the market reference for softer lipstick formulas. It works seamlessly and its beveled edge boasts soft rims for a perfect, comfortable application. Baystick features in the Rouge Interdit Vinyl by Givenchy and in many other prestigious references,” explains the manufacturer of cosmetics packaging.

The installation of this latest-generation equipment, designed and built in France, for Baystick in January 2016 is increasing Albéa Plouhinec’s production capacity and support the market’s trend towards softer formulas. The ultra-modern line will contribute to the site’s industrial performance. It is part of the massive 2016-2018 investment plan for Albéa Plouhinec,” adds the company.

Baystick belongs to Lipsticks & Co, Albéa’s expertise platform for lipsticks, lip balms and face sticks. Albéa’s Plouhinec facility (in Brittany, France) provides a « made in France » expertise and integrated capabilities in injection, decoration and assembly.
