Concomitant to the exhibition, a program of conferences and round tables - opened to both exhibitors and visitors - will feature international experts in regulations, sustainability, formulation, packaging, ingredients, scientists and beauty brand consultants to address hot topics such as:

- The new challenges of logistics and regulations;
- Which ingredients to favour in beauty products;
- Meet consumers’ needs regarding transparency, sustainability, health, animal rights and nature preservation.

Organised by Beauteam, the company behind the MakeUp in Paris and MakeUp in NewYork trade shows, and a division of Infopro Digital group, the organiser of the Luxe Pack Monaco and Luxe Pack New York events, among others, Clean Beauty in London aims at offering brands the insights they are looking for to match the scientific aspects of the clean beauty to consumer demand.

Much like clean eating, clean beauty has recently taken the industry by storm. According to The NPD Group, the clean beauty sector grew 42% from 2017 to 2018. “Initially driven by safety concerns, the clean beauty movement originally focused on what was NOT in a product, rather than what was. Today, as consumers want more, clean beauty is taking a new turn. From niche to mainstream, new clean products are not just “safe”; they are becoming increasingly sensorial and luxurious,” wrote Leila Rochet, founder and CEO of trend forecasting and consulting agency Cosmetics Inspiration & Creation, in a recent post on our website.

To help provide visitors and exhibitors with the most relevant information, the organisers have gathered a steering committee of experts to work on analysing various aspects of the clean beauty movement, its evolution and its development.
