To dispense its iconic signature scents in a cloud-like spray, the Dubai-based brand chose Aptar Beauty’s All Over Spray technology. Together with the Ariane valve and WAZ actuator, this premium aerosol packaging delivers a refreshing and continuous spray with 360° dispensing, offering a luxurious and immersive fragrance experience.
A continuous jet adapted to layering
The All Over Spray bag-on-valve technology ensures neutral diffusion and generous dosage with every actuation. It is housed in an unbreakable aluminium bottle, with elegant and sleek design, reflecting Kayali’s premium aesthetics.
All Over Spray is available with a wide range of bag capacities, valve types and actuators to meet diverse application needs. Together with the Ariane valve and WAZ actuator, the solution delivers an ultra-continuous, powerful mist with 360º dispensing that is a perfect match for the growing layering trend in the fragrance market, where consumers are increasingly looking for customized fragrance rituals.
A full-service approach
The new Kayali body mist collection includes four 125ml references, each inspired by the brand’s signature eau de parfums.
Kayali also introduced a 75ml scented hair mist called “Oudgasm Rose Oud 16”. This additional launch features Aptar’s PZ1 spray and All Over Spray technology, offering a more targeted application.
Aptar Beauty supported these launches with a full-service approach, with a dedicated project team at its Verneuil-sur-Avre manufacturing site in France.
Kayali’s hair and body mists feature color-matched bottles and caps in an elegant matte finish enhanced by hot stamping. A tamper-evident sleeve over the cap reinforces the product safety and integrity. To meet the brand’s requirements on secondary packaging reduction, peel-off labels containing regulatory information are applied directly on the bottle.
