A global manufacturer of innovative ingredients is recruiting an experienced Technical Account Manager to grow sales and support customers across Italy. In this fast-paced role, you’ll blend technical understanding with strong market insight, instantly building impact in a fast moving, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive sales growth and deliver against ambitious commercial targets
- Manage and develop B2B customer relationships across the territory
- Provide clear responses to technical, formulation, regulatory and commercial enquiries
- Identify opportunities through market insight, contacts and industry intelligence
- Prepare account plans, call reports and track opportunities with precision
- Monitor KPIs and report on performance trends and variances
- Represent the business at key exhibitions, seminars and industry events
Candidate Requirements :
- Extensive knowledge of the beauty & personal care market across Italy
- A strong network of potential client contacts
- Motivated, proactive and keen to set new sales records
- Clear, confident communication skills in English and Italian
