Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the development of advanced hair colour formulations from concept to launch
- Drive innovation by exploring new ingredients, technologies and trends
- Oversee complex lab programmes to ensure performance and compliance
- Apply analytical techniques to validate product efficacy and quality
- Conduct patent searches and support new product opportunities
- Work cross-functionally to align R&D with commercial goals
- Provide technical leadership, coaching and mentorship
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes, sustainability and efficiency
Candidate Requirements :
- Degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science or a related discipline
- Extensive experience in hair colour formulation and development
- Strong track record of bringing products successfully to market
- Excellent leadership, communication and strategic thinking skills
