Zoey Zhang is currently employed at Inolex as senior scientist of R&D team specialized in preservation and microbiology. Her role is to provide technical support to global customers, educate internal business partners as well as further develop innovative alternative preservative products. Zoey has 15 year solid industrial and academic experience in food and cosmetic companies with focus on preservation, microbiology testing and antimicrobial research.
Zoey holds a PhD in Food Science and Technology from Iowa State University, an MS in Biochemical Engineering and a BS in Biochemistry.
