Virginie Bapaume is the founder of the digital communication agency, Ivy Agency, created in 2010. The agency focuses on launch strategies including influencers, social networks, and content creation. For instance, she supported brands from the L’Oréal group, Pierre Fabre and Flammarion.

Virginie Bapaume is also the founder of the Beauté Purielle Association, which aims to make the cosmetics sector more inclusive. Consumer meetings, strategies, coaching, or debates, are the various actions carried out by the Association who organizes every year a ceremony, awarding a prize to the most inclusive brands: Le Prix de la Beauté Plurielle.
