For the 2025 holiday season, Nuxe made a bold statement with an oversized interpretation of its iconic Huile Prodigieuse bottle. Groupe Verpack led the project end to end, from technical conception to the delivery of fully packaged products.

This project exemplifies Verpack’s collaborative, partnership-based approach with brands. Significant research was conducted, especially in design and product engineering, to overcome the challenges related to the calendar’s weight when fully filled, since it is designed to be held by its “cap”: specialized cutting, meticulous finishing, and precise gluing were all essential to the project’s success.

24 days of surprises

Respecting the proportions and shapes of the bottle and recreating its golden cap in three dimensions, this rigid coffret is designed with two panes that, when combined, contain 24 boxes of different sizes. When closed, the cap takes shape as the two sides fit together.

The decoration was achieved through metallization transfer, a process in which a film is applied and the plastic layer is subsequently removed. Printing was performed using the four-color method while the brand’s logo was achieved thanks to hot stamping. The cap required manual assembly, whereas the calendar body was machine-produced. Verpack was also in charge of placing the products into each box and fitting them inside the calendar.

For this launch, Groupe Verpack responded to the brand’s demand for a full-service solution combining expertise from three of its facilities: Printing in Avallon, manual operations and packing in Migennes, both in the Burgundy region of France, and the manual assembly of the cap in Sousse, Tunisia.
