France-headquartered dermo-cosmetics group Laboratoires Pierre Fabre has announced the appointment of former Kenvue executive Venaig Solinhac as CEO of its Dermo-Cosmetics and Personal Care division. In her new role, she joins the group’s Executive Committee and reports to Eric Ducournau, CEO of Laboratoires Pierre Fabre.

Venaig Solinhac brings more than 20 years of international experience driving growth and transformation for global leaders in consumer healthcare, consumer goods, and venture capital.

She has held key executive positions at Kenvue, notably as Global Vice President of Baby Care (based in New York) and Vice President of Essential Health Asia Pacific (based in Singapore). There, she participated in the global relaunch of Johnson’s Baby, the revitalization of Listerine in Asia-Pacific, and the rollout of large-scale digital and commercial acceleration programs, among other achievements.

Previously, she spent 15 years at GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare, where she held local, regional, and global leadership roles across four continents. There, she led transformative portfolio and digitalization initiatives, contributing to the growth of major brands such as Sensodyne, Panadol, Centrum, and Parodontax.

At Pierre Fabre, Venaig Solinhac will oversee the implementation of the brand strategy for the Dermo-Cosmetics and Personal Care division, which includes Eau Thermale Avène, Ducray, A-Derma, Klorane, René Furterer, Darrow, MÊME Cosmetics, and Pierre Fabre Oral Care.

In 2025, the division generated EUR 1.711 billion in revenue, up 2.6% year on year and 4.4% at constant exchange rates.

The dermo-cosmetics market is growing faster than other segments, and Pierre Fabre is positioned as one of the global leaders in this sector, with brands recognized and recommended by doctors and pharmacists worldwide. Against a backdrop of emerging strong local brands and consumers losing their bearings amid a growing range of products, Venaig joins us with her very diverse international expertise and her deep experience of understanding true consumer needs, to accelerate our growth,” said Eric Ducournau, CEO of Laboratoires Pierre Fabre.

What resonates most with me is the trust that consumers and healthcare professionals place in our iconic brands such as Avène, Ducray, and Klorane. Behind that trust lies decades of scientific rigor, as well as a constant focus on understanding and addressing people’s needs every day. My ambition is to build on this remarkable legacy by working with our teams to develop even more specialized and innovative brands, helping more consumers around the world care for their skin, hair, and oral health,” explains Venaig Solinhac.
