Van Genechten Packaging International (VGPI) has elected Arnauld Demoulin as their new Chief Executive Officer effective as of June 6th.
Arnauld Demoulin succeeds Inge Plochaet, who as Board Member took up the role of CEO ad interim in September 2016. Before his new role, he has spent 15 years at Ontex, a leading international producer of personal hygiene solutions. Since 2006, Arnauld has led three different divisions of the Ontex Group. In his last assignment, he was responsible for the largest division and in charge of 2,800 people in seven factories, leading sales, manufacturing, supply chain and finance. Before Ontex, Arnauld took on various commercial roles within the FMCG industry.

VGPI is an independent industrial group with seat in Luxembourg. It consists of ten folding carton factories in seven countries, leading the European consumer goods industry with printed folding cartons, microflute and other packaging solutions. With an annual turnover of 260 million euros, the group converts more than 200,000 tons of cardboard each year and employs 1,600 people.
