The US-headquartered beauty retailer is set to make its debut in the United Arab Emirates with the opening of its store in Mall of the Emirates, Dubai, on January 29, 2026. This new milestone in Ulta Beauty’s global expansion is part of the retailers’ partnership with Alshaya Group in the region. The expansion builds on from the first store opening in Kuwait on November 7, 2025.
Ulta Beauty is bringing to the Mall of the Emirates it full offering of makeup, skin care, hair care products and fragrances – from prestige to mass and emerging brands – as well as in-store makeup, skin, brow, and nail services delivered by category experts.
To mark its debut in the UAE, Ulta Beauty will roll out a dynamic program of pre launch and launch week events, spotlighting regional founders of homegrown beauty brands through daily events, live demonstrations, and in store appearances.

Following the Mall of the Emirates opening, Ulta Beauty’s presence in the region will continue to grow with additional store openings planned at the Dubai Mall on March 27, 2026, and Red Sea Mall in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on May 7, 2026.
