Due to the sanitary situation in China and worldwide, the Luxe Pack Shanghai and MakeUp in Shanghai tradeshows have been re-scheduled for 07 - 08th July 2021.
The two events, which are among the few trade fairs in the sector to be held in 2020, were originally scheduled to return to Shanghai on April 7 and 8, 2021.
“This decision has been made on advice and consultation with partners and local team, to ensure serene and beneficial business meetings. The health and safety of exhibitors, visitors and staff is of the utmost importance and the first priority for us. We thank all our clients and partners for their continuous support as we all work through this and made the 2020 July edition a great success. Our thoughts go out to those directly affected in China, and all around the world,” explained the organizers in a statement.
Unlike most other economies, China’s GDP is expected to grow by 1.9% in 2020 according to the International Monetary Fund. Furthermore, with a forecast increase of 8.2% in 2021 the country appears as a fertile ground for luxury brands.
The two tradeshows will be held under the same roof at the Shanghai Exhibition Center.
