Trade shows: The possibility to hold events in the first half of 2021 is fading

After a year 2020 almost deprived of any events, trade show organizers were banking on a seasonal decline of the Covid-19 pandemic and, overall, on the progress of vaccination campaigns. However, delays in Europe and South America mean that the exhibitions scheduled for the first half of the year will have to be postponed. Most trade shows have therefore announced they won’t gather their exhibitors and visitors before the second half of 2021 or in 2022; with the notable exception of Chinese fairs.
