Trade shows: Pharmintech and IPACK-IMA will take place in May in Milan

The 7th edition of Pharmintech Exhibition, the international trade fair for Life Science technologies and solutions, will be held in Milan from May 3 to 6, 2022, in conjunction with IPACK-IMA, the international trade fair for processing and packaging solutions.

The organizers of the two events, Ipack Ima Srl and Pharmintech Srl, a Bologna Fiere Group company, have decided to combine them into a unique exhibition moment with the aim to create synergies between the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and cosmeceuticals industries and the overall packaging industry.

“In 2022, Milan will become the meeting point for the world’s most important players in the Lifescience industries: from pharmaceuticals to parapharmaceuticals, from nutraceuticals to cosmeceuticals, from medical devices to biotechnologies,” said the organizers.

With the aim of enhancing Pharmintech’s identity within IPACK-IMA, which will be located in Pavilion 2 of the Fiera Milano Rho exhibition centre, the new exhibition layout has been designed to amplify business opportunities to the benefit of the three communities Pharma & Nutritional, Beauty & Personal Care and Chemicals & Home Care.

“Specialization and cross-contamination are at the core of Pharmintech’s development strategy,” added the organizers.

Exhibitors who have already confirmed their presence include: Abar, Bausch+Stroebel, Comecer, Cos.mec, Eurpack, Freund Vector, Ima, Kaye, Manes, Marchesini Group, MG2, G.B. Gnudi, Glatt, Neumo Egmo Spain, Sea Vision, Antares Vision, Omas Tecnosistemi, Officine Meccaniche F.lli Ronchi, Soitra, Techfarma, Uhlmann and several other specialised companies in the sector.

Held in conjunction with IPACK-IMA, this year’s edition of Pharmintech will focus on all components of the value chain: the most advanced solutions for processing, packaging, instrumentation, cleanrooms, plant management and supply chain applications, as well as digital and automation technologies applied to the Lifesciences industry. The event will also host a rich calendar of seminars, conferences and animations aimed at anticipating the sector’s latest trends and innovation, developed thanks to a technical-scientific collaboration with the Association of the Pharmaceutical Industry (AFI).
