To adorn the refillable bottles in Bottega Veneta’s new collection of ten Eaux de Parfum, TNT Group designed a ring made from 75% recycled zamak with a polypropylene (PP) insert.
The collar was specifically developed to meet the project’s aesthetic and technical requirements. TNT Group’s teams created a bespoke gold-tone metallic finish, combined with a lacquer, to achieve the exact shade specified by the brand.
“The main challenge was to ensure the collar’s long-term mechanical stability on this refillable bottle, beyond the usual fragrance-resistance requirements, while also allowing it to be removed at end of use to facilitate material separation for recycling,” said the supplier.
TNT Group also ensured the precise integration of the collar with the shoulders of the glass bottle.
Bottega Veneta’s Alta collection comprises ten fragrances, each pairing one exceptional ingredient from Italy with another sourced from elsewhere in the world to create distinctive "Intrecciato duos."
