“Our strength lies in our ability to combine technical expertise with agility to meet the specific needs of each client, whether a global luxury powerhouse or an emerging brand,” says TNT Group’s new CEO.

As part of the strategic combination with PM Studio Group, Damon Kennish has taken over the executive leadership of TNT Group from its co-founders, Thomas Diezinger and Toby Cattermole. Previously Chief Business Officer, he will be tasked with driving the company’s continued growth while developing synergies with PM Studio Group, a specialist in gifting, secondary packaging and bespoke accessories.

Historically specialised in zamak and aluminium, TNT Group has gradually extended its expertise to a wide range of materials and product categories. With offices in Hong Kong, Paris, and Shenzhen New York, the group serves leading beauty and luxury houses as well as niche brands in nearly 20 countries.

In 2025, its revenue reached nearly $56 million, up 35% year on year, with profitability above 10%. For 2026, the combined revenue of TNT Group and PM Studio Group is expected to reach over EUR 130 million.

Damon Kennish attributes this momentum to long-standing client relationships, averaging seven years, and to the company’s ability to renew its portfolio, with around ten new clients won each year between 2023 and 2025.

“Over the past few years, we have also opened up new markets. While historically rooted in fragrance, which accounted for 76% of sales in 2025, we have achieved 11% annual growth in skincare and expanded our secondary packaging offering,” explains Damon Kennish.

Diversifying the offering and accelerating internationally

Like PM Studio Group, TNT Group’s strategy is built on an asset-light operating model and a network of industrial partners, which together preserve a high degree of operational flexibility.

“Our fabless model gives us greater agility and limited financial risk, without heavy capital expenditure,” says the CEO.

The group’s first priority is to grow its project portfolio with key clients, extending existing collaborations from primary to secondary packaging, and into make-up and skincare within the major multi-brand groups.

Its second priority is faster geographical expansion, with targeted business development in Europe and North America, alongside initiatives in high-potential markets in Asia and the Middle East.

“We will establish our New York office as a commercial bridgehead to capture untapped market potential in North America. In Asia and the Middle East, the idea is to launch targeted initiatives in make-up and fragrance,” details Damon Kennish.

To meet clients’ growing sustainability requirements, TNT Group is focusing on circular eco-design, extending the use of post-consumer recycled (PCR) zamak across its range and reducing the carbon impact of its products. Its approach prioritises processes such as low-carbon recycled zamak, anodised injected aluminium and natural stone caps and accessories. The group also relies on in-house carbon footprint measurement tools.

“Our main challenge is to keep growing without losing our agility, while establishing ourselves as the partner of choice for sustainable luxury packaging. We must meet increasingly demanding sustainability requirements, accelerate our development cycles and manage a complex global supply chain, while strengthening our organisation to support our international growth,” stresses Damon Kennish.

US$80 million by 2030

TNT Group aims to exceed $80 million in annual revenue by 2030 on a standalone basis. To achieve this, the company intends to capitalise on buoyant market trends: the rise of niche brands and the growth of premium secondary packaging, gift boxes and luxury accessories.

“Our growth target for niche brands is 12% a year, driven by consumer demand for exclusivity and a distinctive packaging experience. We also want to accelerate our push-pull innovation approach, proactively offering patented technical innovations and eco-responsible materials while responding to clients’ bespoke, highly complex briefs,” adds the CEO.

To support this change in scale, TNT Group has recently strengthened its teams, recruiting a CSR Director and expanding its sales and development teams in Paris, New York and Hong Kong.
