The manufacturer of high quality metal - zamak, aluminium, brass, stainless steel - and plastic components for the perfume, cosmetics and makeup industry, has completed the second part of its investment programme in its Portuguese plastic injection plant. TNT Global Manufacturing thus strengthens its European production capacity of caps and plastic accessories dedicated to the beauty industry.
After integrating a new building in 2018, the TNT Global Manufacturing plant has invested in 4 new injection moulding machines from 60 to 160 tons, including four new two-arm robots, raising the fleet of its Portuguese industrial partner to 15 machines. In addition to Surlyn and traditional polymers, the company provides bio-based or recycled polymers (PCR), in line with a circular and responsible economy approach.
“The European proximity of the plant is a major asset to bring quality, flexibility and responsiveness to French and international brands,” highlights the company in a release.
Founded in 2013 by Thomas Diezinger (France) and Toby Cattermole (Hong Kong), TNT Global Manufacturing achieved a turnover of 29,3 million US dollars in 2019 and employs 23 people, in Paris, Hong Kong and New-York.
