Enlargement of the board from 8 to 16 members.
The board is now composed of Isabelle Ferrand (Cinquième Sens), Veronique Gohmann (Yves Rocher), Valerie Jacob (SGD), Marie-Lise Jonak (Takasago), Léa Vignal (Cartier), Yvan Bagnis (Firmenich) Julien Bessaud (Puig Closed), Xavier Renard (IFF), come join Marie-Chantal Fournier (founder member), The Fragrance Foundation USA, Bernardo Cauvin (Givaudan) Pierre DeSaulles (Interparfums), Fabrice Obenans (Marionnaud), Denis Quimbrot (BPI), Thierry Trotobas (Mane) and Philippe Ughetto (Arcade).
